Canon's website doesn't distinguish 32 and 64BitI know this is too late, but when moving to a 64-bit OS it's always better to do the research yourself to find out whether the software or hardware will work under the OS. After all 'you' know what you have and 'you' will be the one stuck if it doesn't work. As for replacing your scanner, It would be easy for you to write or call them about the model you're interested in.
